Happy New Year, my love! πŸ€©πŸ’«πŸŒ±

Hope the 2023 wrap up was an easy, comfy and not too stressful one and that this first week of the calendar year has been as chill and restful as can be. πŸ’†πŸ»β€β™€οΈ

Now, I came here today to remind you that *ahem* even thou the year changed…

we are still the same
the same as we were yesterday
nothing really changed

“ok, Raine, nice pep talk for new year’s week, geeez πŸ™„”

HA! I heard that πŸ˜ƒ

My pumpkin, I promise that I am not here to ruin all the excitement that comes with a new calendar year.πŸ“…

I am here to remind you of this important element during the early stages of a new chapter that we are in… πŸ‘‰πŸΌ be easy on yourself because:

πŸŒ€ Change is gradual

We are what we do and be everyday, not once in a while

Being harsh on ourselves never gives us the results we want.

πŸ‘‰πŸΌ Setting up outrageous goals to “make up for all the lost years” and defining resolutions based on resentments with our past selves is doomed to fail.

There have been plenty of “new year, new me” to attest to that, right?

So plhuuuuuease my love be easy on yourself this time fo the year!

πŸ’— Set those goals through love and excitement, not punishment and shame for what it wasn't before.

❗️You deserve so so so much more than to be fighting yourself and shaming yourself, and making up stories that all that you did and have been so far was not enough.

πŸ’£There’s way too much conflict, violence and wars in the world for us to be at war with ourselves.
{#FreePalestine by the way. πŸ‰ How is this craziness still going on THREE months in? 😭}

πŸ“πŸŒ± So, let’s write different stories about our journeys and lives starting right now, my love. Let’s write it all different so we can create, be and most importantly FEEL different about ourselves and all that we are here to live and experience.

Now, all sounds good and well, but what to do about it then?

Welp, I have quite a few things to help you with all of that.πŸ’ͺ🏼⭐️

🍡 Grab that darling cup of tea, coffee, yummy fruit juice or any of your fave beverages and get comfy! There’s lots and lots in here to dive in:

First!πŸ‘‡πŸΌ

✨The Recalibrate packet is a GREAT way to start!

I created this packet a quarter into 2023 for anyone feeling that things got off track by then and needed to recalibrate the year.

And everything in there is totally applicable right now as we have a blank canvas that we can create whichever way we want.πŸ†

Grab the packet, dive in and come back to it at any time throughout the year knowing that at.any.given.moment we get to recalibrate, reassess, and create a new.πŸ‘‡πŸΌ

And speaking of recalibrating and re-shaping up our lives at any given moment, this one blog post is essential to understanding and really seeing the truth of this concept.πŸ‘‡πŸΌ

✨The country that starts “real” life almost a quarter into the new year

Because love, the dang pressure we feel to get our ducks in a row at this time of the year is totally optional if we choose to. On this blog post I am showing you how an entire country decides to truly start the year after all the party mode is out of their systems.

And that means between 2-3 months into the new year. HA! πŸ˜ƒ
Totally guilt free, by the way! No one over there ever feel that they are “late” with their NY’s goals because of it. {And yes, they do start the new year on January 1st.}

Read on to see what I am talking about.πŸ‘‡πŸΌ

Keep in mind my love, I am NOT by any means of imagination telling you to wait for 2 months to start your year. No.

The whole point is to remind us that we alway have the option to navigate things as they fell right *to us*.

Ok, next upπŸ‘‡πŸΌ

✨Those darn NY’s resolutions πŸ˜‘

I have none of those. Zero, nada! And shockingly enough I’ve been happily sticking to it for many years now and lemme tell you… the freedom that comes with it!

Here on this post I am breaking down WHY this works so well and all that is involved with a non-new resolution year. Specially how {believe it or not} it actually helps us achieve the things we wantπŸ‘‡πŸΌ

But don’t get me wrong love, I DO set myself goals for the year. Next up in line isπŸ‘‡πŸΌ

✨How to set goals and follow through with them

To do so there’s this special way of navigating goals that makes them all more real and attainable.

There is an absurd commitment with being honest with ourselves and having deep self-awareness for this one to work my love, however… when we *do* connect with it, oh the juiciness that unravels from it. 🀩

πŸ›Ž In the vast majority of cases looking back throughout the years, the times I did *not* get to my goals, the underlying reason was the lack of connection to those principles.πŸ‘‡πŸΌ

And finally, this one post that I could not *not* bring up to light again.πŸ‘‡πŸΌ

✨Insights to help you feel confident about your new year {and every year}

I wrote this post a couple years ago and it was *not* specifically about a New Year.

However!

All the principles I cover in it are so so valid for new beginnings. We get to remember the reason we are here, the purpose of this beautiful lifetime and how we just can *not* mess it up.

And knowing how to connect and listen to our inner guidance on the things we can control, is truly everything! It is actually more than enough.

Ok, my love, lots of juiciness to dive in!

Any questions, ideas, thoughts, insights about ANY of the things I’m talking about on those posts, leave a comment below πŸ’¬

πŸ’«Wishing you an amazing new calendar year start with lots of rest, sweetness, and easiness on yourself πŸ’—

Smooches,
