How have you been doing hanging out all day, every day at home?

Going crazy yet? 🤪

This quarantine has really brought back some of my worse habits from back in the days.

I **used** to eat so much “box food” {frozen food, cookies, things that come ready out of a box to eat} many ages ago.

Now, here I am trying to do the minimum amount of trips to the grocery store as possible, and I fell back on the box food pattern. 😑

Two weeks of this and my stomach and skin are FEELING it!

🥒🍏🥕And so the juice maker/squeezer got out of the its hidden cabinet this week.

Detox needed.

Look at this deliciousness! 😍

Thing is, I did NOT want to give up on certain foods….. cookies to be more precise 🍪😋

And so rolling up my sleeves I went.

I resurrected my baking sheets, pans and gladly found a no-egg recipe on Instagram and…….

Look at the CHONKINESS I baked!!!! 😁

So so so good!

Aren’t we all happy that cookies exist in this world? 😄

I sure am!

AND in between my food experimentations I managed to finish polishing up our long-lost 4 part……
