Happy New Week and New Month, pudding!

How has it been for you?

Over here, it was painful, harsh and cold. Literally!

I live in TX and exactly two weeks ago, things went down hill over here. If you live in USA you prob heard of it. If you are not, prob it didn’t make the news in your country but know love that…. things got REAL over here!

Below freezing temperatures in a place that is **not** prepared for such a thing and there goes an entire state without electricity and eventually without water on – did I mention that already? 😃 – below freezing temperatures.

Lemme tell you that I am NOT built for this!

I swear I spent those days barely feeling my toes and fingers, sitting in the couch starring at the floor. Thinking of how I specifically chose to stay all those years in TX because….. I hate cold!

And look at me on the 16th all cute and innocent making a post about the cold barely knowing that I was about to go without outside communication for DAYS after that! {Because no electricity, no wifi. And with a super old phone even data didn’t help because the battery never lasted. A quick text exchange would drain it down to 10% and shortly I was back inside my car trying to recharge it.}

It got way colder than the picture. I personally didn’t have electricity in a -10C/14F weather for 24hrs. It came back for a few hours and then more 36hrs that way.

The struggle!

A few days later, making my way out the mess, crying tears of joy for having power back and the heater on I posted this:

Truly so grateful for all that reached out to see how I was doing and how they could help. Family, friends and clients! Truly heart warming.

And better yet was knowing that my life could be adapted to what was going on.

Meaning knowing that I was able to adjust work as needed due to circumstances. Clients reaching out not only to rearrange things that we had going on but checking in to see how they could help me in that time.

I couldn’t be more grateful!

It really brings up the effects of that “build your life in your own terms” that we hear about in the socials.

And so love, I started talking about it right before it all happened and how I want to help and guide you in creating said flexibility for yourself as well. Not just for when things turn weird like this TX freeze experience, but to really be able to enjoy life more, knowing that things have been set up in the back end to work around your lifestyle and the things you want in life.

This is what life is about isn’t it? Enjoying. Having fun. Playing. Creating. Being.
