A little mind trick to use when you are not sure you’ll follow through with the things and goals you set:

💎Keep your focus on the *certainty* of the outcome.

Because knowing things will work out ✨in your favor✨ makes it safer to keep going and to commit til the end, even when things get bumpy.

Be EASY on yourself if something you are going for is new to you or if it’s something that you have never seen done before in your family/circle/environment.

Doubt will creep in and second thoughts will make you back up. Naturally! Since that has not been part of your reality so far. Don’t beat yourself up for those moments of doubt. They’re expected.

Just remember that the unknown is freaking scary. Totally normal to feel like it is “not the right thing to do it right now”, or that you need to prepare “better” or this or that. Most likely you don’t.

✨You are good as is.✨

Acknowledge the fear, do everything you can to shift your perception and to be certain again of the outcome and keep doing your thing. Keep going.

We can not let yet another year go by without doing the thing, can we?

Another year like all the other ones, making plans but never actually going for it?

No. It is time now. And fear can’t stop you!

You are meant for it.
