Lukas Watercolor Pan Set – Unwrapping

art supplies, creativity, happy, watercolor | 9 comments

Hey lovely!

I couldn’t resist and HAD to share my little goodie box. 😍

On my last trip I went a little nuts on art supplies but ironically the one I was dying to put my hands on was an online purchase that arrived right after we were back from the trip.

So there it was a lovely shipping box with that beauty inside:

Those little black boxes hadn’t change much over the years, have they? Just as I remembered from many fun teenager years ago. 😍

I had never had a brand new on my hands thou. Didn’t know that they were wrapped one by one like a candy! 🍬

Ah, and extra room to mix, didn’t know that either!

Look at that little cutie, it really is like a candy wrapped!

So yummy! 😋

Getting back “in place”

I was so excited to start using them that before I finished unwrapping them all, I had already poked one of the little squares with brush and water, hehe 😁 {the ochre far left one, by the yellow}:

All them together and in action:

So gorgeous. 🤩Happy to be back experimenting!  Feels good. ✨

Many squishy hugs,

Even your painting on your little water color set is beautiful. I can’t wait to see what you do with them.

They are gorgeous! And individually wrapped sounds like heaven.Great creating ahead… remember the process is often more important than the product and enjoy!

Angel, it is so funny, I JUST start drafting another post exactly about enjoying the process and not focusing on the final product. Great minds think alike! 😀

I know huh? If I ever get tired of it I can pull out the squares and store pens, post-its and stickers! hehe

It’s really great to find someone else with as much enthusiasm for pan colors as I have!!! Candy is 100% accurate and SO exciting. I can’t stop buying them and my modest though extensive collection includes examples as old as early to mid 1800’s. No bragging here, just tons of fun. I just recently posted two of my older sets on my Facebook page (William J. Senior) and intend to – over time – include my entire collection of art toys for others to enjoy.
Thanks so very much for your inspirational enthusiasm!!! Hope to see more in the future ; )
