πŸ‘€πŸ€”It all works out but just sometimes?

Happy almost mid-month, love!

πŸ’Œ There couldn’t be a better time than this to slide into your feed with a good pondering self-reflection question.πŸ˜πŸ’

πŸ’ŽBecause radical self discovery take us far. Really far!

So here goes:

πŸ‘‰πŸΌ What area of your life you know for sure – so much so that you don’t even question it – that things are always working out in your favor?

If you can’t think of a full area of your life constantly like that, pick an event.

🎨To illustrate, here is something that just happened to me yesterday:

Around 8-ish pm I decided to go through my “updates” folder on gmail.

πŸ’πŸ»β€β™€οΈMe: “la, la, la,🎡🎢 what kind of updates are in here today?”

πŸ’ŒEmail from 8:01am: “You have Jury Service tomorrow!”

😳Me: “God! I forgot about it. Wasn’t it on the 18th? I was supposed to call to see if I could get out of it. Darn… now what? I have client work tomorrow.”

πŸ’πŸ»β€β™€οΈAlso Me: proceeds to scroll emails as if nothing had happened, browsing what else is up

πŸ’ŒEmail from 4:01pm: “Your Jury Service has been cancelled!”

😏Me: “Ah, yes. It has, hasn’t it?”

Later that night, it got me thinking how I didn’t even had the time to stress over something {literally! I saw both emails 2 mins apart} that could had been a huge hassle and how there was this feeling that it was supposed to be easy and stress-free that way anyway.

It got me thinking about all those times when those type of hassle would rule my life, ruin my day and I’d expect it to be that way. {On this post here I talked about the first time I really noticed the change and how I almost let myself slip back into the old patern}

And how, over the years, I trained myself to know for sure deeply in my core that those annoying – little and big – things will always work out for me no matter what. And they do, because there’s where my internal set point is at.

Now some others things…. I just can’t fathom – yet – the idea that they will solve themselves beautifully like just happened with the Jury Service thing.

πŸ“ŒBut this is totally something we have control over.

The way we see how things work out for us or not is in the majority of time a default mode we have fallen into over and over again.

Everything that is working out beautifully of course, let’s fall into that over and over again forever!

But the ones that are not…. we can totally flip that s* on its head and build + solidify certainty of the best results for us, always!

πŸŒ‘πŸ‘‰πŸΌ So with this new moon sending some juices over our way to create anew, ask yourself:

πŸ€” Which are areas of your life you know for sure – so much so that you don’t even think about it – that things are always woking out in your favor?

πŸ€” Which areas are soooo not?

πŸ€” What do you believe about yourself, life and the Universe/God/Spirit/etc that makes the first one always work out?

πŸ€” What do you believe about yourself, life and Universe/God/Spirit/etc that makes the second one harder?

πŸ€” Can you close the gap in between them? Can you bring the feelings and trust of easy from one into the other one?

πŸ€” Can you use the same arguments and logic behind the one that is easy into the harder one?

Because remember, love:

πŸ§ πŸ‘“ It is all about how we perceive things. The one that needs "convincing" of a new and better way is our own mind not other people's minds.

πŸ’Ž This is about mindset and perception shift.

πŸ›  Tools and strategies to get that rolling? I got plenty! πŸ˜ƒ And if you are ready for a tailored-to-you transformational work with me, hit reply to this email my love!

My 1:1 private coaching sessions are up and running and this work of shifting our perceptions about how life works for us couldn’t be a more sacred and needed one. ❀️

Lots of smooches and love,
