Ok, love let’s get this out of the way first:
It’s normal, totally normal to resist that stuff.
Don’t beat yourself up!
This isn’t easy work and it’s definitely *not* for the faint of heart!
The mind will do all it can to stay the same.
It’s safer that way.
It kept you alive operating that way even if not ideal, so it will do all the stretchy gymnastics to not move an inch closer to a new perspective.
So here’s a quick exercise you can do when you are resisting:
👉🏼 make a list of all the times you *did* flip the scrip of old mind programmings and the *results* you got from this mindset shift.
Spell out all the good stuff and how you felt after each time.
💎And focus on THOSE!
When the process is painful, keep your eyes on the outcome love, always the outcome.
