✨Two days to the end of the first month of 2020!✨
How are you feeling love?
Are all those resolutions sticking around?
If you fell behind on some of them, of course you know that is normal, right? And you can get back ON it in a split second – if you decide to.
Because….
There is no linear path to growth.
Specially when said growth means doing something too close to our hearts.
A few ways that help me keep going even after a seemingly “low” moment is to remember….
✨what brings me joy
✨why I am doing this in the first place and
✨how I will *feel* once that thing is done or accomplished.
And then I practice those things:
✨I do what brings me joy
✨I journal on my ‘why’ or have a reminder popping up on my phone throughout the day reminding me of my ‘why’ and most importantly
✨ I feel the way I’d feel when I achieve that thing so close to my heart. I feel it right now. As if it is already here.
Because it its!
And from there?
I act accordingly.
Meaning, act from that feeling of things being done.
If you are trying to lose weight. How would you feel if you were in your ideal weight now? What would you think? Do? BE?
Or saving even more money? How would you be feeling if it was all there already and it was easy and a no-brainer for you to save X amount every month? What would you think, do and BE?
Growing your business! You’ve been trying to do it or a while, trying to go to your next level. How would you feel if your biz was already there, systems in place, things are easier and less stressful? What would you be thinking, doing, being?
