MY.HEAD.IS.SPINNING.
for a while now, non-stop.
Sometimes I feel awesome by it. Energized, full of vibrant cells!
Sometimes {like lately} I just feel overwhelmed and without direction.
Then the Universe, as always, gives you a hand when you ask for it.
I had a weird awakening today. I could “feel” an unproductive full-of-guilt-day ahead of me.
I struggled but knew what to do.
I actually struggled, and struggled some more. I didn’t want to start my day like that. But I didn’t want to do the things to start the day the “right way” either.
More struggling:
"what is stopping me from having what I really want? Fear of actually getting it?"
NUTS! I won’t let that stop me! LOL
Seriously I won’t!
So I started my day the “right way”.
Physical therapy exercises followed by meditation in the patio.
I tell ya, WHAT A SHIFT! and right away!
Right in the middle of the PT exercises things were looking and feeling better,
The day went amazingly well.
Fears were still there, thou. Hidden. I wasn’t even noticing them.
BUT THEN….. a Twitter conversation….. I “hide” under direct messages because {in my mind} the subject can’t be out in the world like that.
During those DM conversations,
I realized all the charge and fear masked as reasonable behavior. And validated by mental excuses.
Insight!
Letting go…… how hard is that?!
